No-mind, Present-mind

I’m posting a video discussion from early this morning on “No-mind, Present-mind” from Chosei-Zen’s Connection: 49-Day Training, around theme of genuine relationship and Zen practice. I discussed mushin and explored how being in the body and engaged in the present moment is related to creativity, practice, and relationships. I also discussed my love of the film, “American Symphony,” which I recommend you watch.

Incidentally, I got the chance to enjoy the sled dog races, which lead up to the start of the Iditarod, as they passed through my neighborhood in Anchorage this afternoon. This seemed like a great illustration of practice and relationship.

I hope to get back to writing in the coming weeks. Be well and stay human.
